Foundation Cancer in Images (Kanker in Beeld)
The Foundation Cancer in Images (Kanker in Beeld ) develops, facilitates and finances creative initiatives in which coping with cancer play a central role. The activities, which are aimed at patients and their families and friends, take place throughout the Netherlands.
In collaboration with hospitals, walk-in centers and patient organizations, Cancer in Images (Kanker in Beeld) helps people to rediscover their strength and energy, to restore self-esteem and to improve their quality of life. Singing, acting, painting or writing together with fellow travellers gives positive energy, hope, self-confidence and a strong sense of solidarity.
