Mission statement
Many people who face a crisis or an illness can be helped by the use of simple imagery techniques whose aim is to promote their well-being and to enhance their resilience.
Within current healthcare practice the application of these self-reinforcing methods is as yet limited.
The aim and purpose of the Imagery Toolbox is to provide easily accessible and versatile imagery tools, so that these techniques become available to an ever larger number of people and can be put to extensive use within the healthcare system. To gain a permanent place in the ‘mainstream’ of healthcare is the long-term goal of the Imagery Toolbox project.
